The movie revolves around the struggle of the ladies to prove their innocence while battling social stigma. Apart from Pannu, the movie stars Amitabh Bachchan, as the lawyer of the girls, along with Kirti Kulhari and Andrea Tariang. The movie also has several supporting artists, who have delivered equally powerful performances, complementing those of the lead.
2. Naam Shabana
Naam Shabana introduced Taapsee in an entirely different avatar. The movie is a spin-off of Baby, released in 2013. Taapsee reprised her role as Shabana Khan, a RAW field agent. The movie tells how Shabana got where she was shown in Baby, and her challenges, while combating memories of her dreadful past. 8. Saand Ki Aankh
Saand Ki Aankh is a biographical drama film that highlights the lives of sharpshooters Chandro and Prakashi Tomar.
